On top of that, billit’s expense management helps with this obligation: myDATA only records domestic expenses, so with billit you also keep a complete record of the rest of your expenses.
No. We help you through the move step by step so you can get started without hassle.
No. Billit is invoicing/ERP software, not a certified e-invoicing provider. Certified providers are specific companies: some also have their own invoicing software, while others act only as providers, so that third-party software from various industries, such as billit, can connect to them. The state decided that invoices from every business must now be digitally “signed” and uploaded to myDATA through a certified provider. That’s why billit has worked for 2 years with the provider ILYDA S.A., so that documents from our users who are required to use a provider are routed to myDATA through it. Your accountant can also tell you whether this obligation applies to you.
The cost has two parts: (1) the annual billit subscription and (2) the provider’s prepaid credits (units) for sending your documents to myDATA. You start with a free trial.
